Rev. V. Charles Aaron, the senior Pastor of the church, took charge in 1977 when there were 15 people. The church has grown by the power of God under his leadership since then to 4000. He is known as a fervent prayer warrior sowing and constructing God's kingdom in tears of faith. He is also known for zealous Christian living and quest for eternity. He's been teaching from "Song of Songs" in the Bible study for the past 16 years. It has been useful for thousands of believers. 

Being married and having three children, he delights in seeing all the children in ministry. Mrs. Joyce Aaron, his wife oversees the Sunday-school ministry where about 2000 children are being evangelized and nurtured under her leadership. Besides this she conducts the women's fasting prayer, prayer meetings in nurses hostels and college campuses.

Rev. Aaron's first son, Rufus Victor oversees the English church which has 60 members. Aged 25, he is involved in the mission of making the cell-based church.

His first daughter, Mrs. Gifta Jeyakumar, aged 23 is married to full time evangelist. She travels with him for ministry. She also sings in the church choir. Moreover she conducts cell-meetings at couple of hostels neighbouring the church.

The second daughter, Miss.Rebecca, aged 20 sings in the church choir. She is pursuing her college studies. She has a good zeal for ministry.
